I have abrubtly stopped my cleanse due to a love for food. My right ear, throat and muscle in my jaw are my newest physical manifestations of pain. What is the root of these repeated attacks? When will it end? Is there a doctor in the house?
When I think about the dollar I think about the economy. I think about the 1.1 billion people in china and 1.2 billion people in India and the 240 million people in the US vying for a piece of the big huckleberry pie. Many are getting their pieces too. I have recently been thinking of ways to earn some moula and find it stressful and depressing. My plans all seem like scheme's because I must convince a person to want something they don't need or I must do the very dirty work another person does not want to do. And all to read a book in peace, watch the changing of the light, feel the temperature of the air and eat the fruits of the earth. The system works for everybody that wishes it to work for them in as much as the system can give. However, being in the system lacks one vital element. It lacks, if I may propose, The Truth and Transparency in the web of products and culture we are creating, buying and selling. What do I mean? Quickly; When a person buys a car they are being sold power, safety, status, and a way to be free. They are getting metal, mined from a beautiful countryside or mountain, plastic, and a residual bill for continued wars and ecological rape. Got Air?
If we want a labtop, TV, cellphone, car, big house and buffet of food what then can we expect from our children and our children's children, the same? What can we expect of other nations? We here in the Empire of America are blind to our own self-perpetuating, spiritually lost, destructive culture. Blind or confused. We are not happier than when we had less gadgets, the internet and global business. We are not happier with more money. We are happy when we choose to recognize and are conscious of the fact that we are alive now at this very moment in this special time very briefly and that everything we do and every action we take is a very important one.
But we soon forget those instances and are bombarded on all sides by the influences of different thoughts based on a hidden agenda. "Believe and buy!"
My point, I guess, is that if you're like me and tired of working and living in this make believe world simply don't believe it and make your own...But make it simple, and positive and know when enough is enough.
